Mónica Rodrigues is a Consultant at Mindflow Company, a technological startup in the mobile-learning management system industry (gamified adaptive learning). She is also a trainer and a lecturer on innovation in education, being neuroeducation her professional flag.
The growing importance of Neuroeducation
With demonstrated work experience in the education management industry, Mónica Rodrigues has participated in the design of Neuroeducational Programs in Private Schools for the last ten years. She is the founder of «The Learning Generator», a knowledge accelerator, innovative and inclusive, based on cognitive psychology and affective neurosciences. Now she is accomplishing her professional transition to Clinical and Health Psychology with a specialization on Neuropsychology.

Mónica is the founder NGO Professional Women’s Network-Lisbon where she co-founded PWNLisbon Leadership Program. She also has many collaborations with different specialized magazines on management and entrepreneurship (Human Resources, Exclusiva) and co-authored in scientific papers on Leadership and in other books and Specialized Reviews.
