Planetiers Day took place in Guimarães as part of the official opening of Green Week 2025, bringing together international leaders, experts, artists, and citizens to explore the future of cities, climate, and innovation. The event marked a key milestone in the city’s journey towards becoming European Green Capital 2026.

Hosted in partnership with the Municipality of Guimarães and Laboratório da Paisagem, the event featured globally recognized speakers and a diverse program combining talks, panels, and community engagement. With free access and strong local participation, the initiative reinforced sustainability as a shared and collective mission.
